Healthy Eating!

Sweet potato with broccoli, smoked mackerel and tomatoes 

I love stage smoked mackerel but can't eat a lot in a week as it tends to be too salty. When it's in season here in England I always buy it fresh and grill it myself. It's naturally got a lot of good fat so when you grill it plain it releases that fat and grills perfectly!
